How to charge

The journey begins with a single tap.

Using the iCharge App

1) Open the iCharge app and the map will automatically shownearby charging stations. If your location is not detected, you can search by station name or address.

2) Select the appropriate connector for your vehicle (Type 2,CCS, CHAdeMO, or NACS, depending on availability).

3) Remove the connector from the holder and plug it securely into your vehicle’s charging port.(Make sure you hear or feel the connector lock in place)

4) Tap “Begin Charging” in the app to begin the session.

5) When you are ready to finish, tap “Finish Charging” in the app or on the charger screen, then unplug the connector and return it to the holder.

RFID Card

1) If you have an iCharge RFID card, make sure it is active before starting a charging session.

2) Remove the appropriate connector from the holder and plug it into your vehicle’s charging port.
(Make sure you hear or feel the connector lock into place.)

3) On the charger screen, select the RFID option if prompted.

4) Tap your iCharge RFID card on the marked area of the charger to start charging.

5)When you are ready to finish, tap “Stop” on the charger screen, then unplug the connector and return it to the holder.

Will I receive a receipt after charging?

Yes. After each session, a detailed charging summary and receipt will be available in the app.
